So far, we have been so impressed with the SERVPRO team. Amber arrived this morning and was so assuring and kind and she listened well. She made us feel like she is competent and thorough and will do a fantastic job at our home. She answered all our questions (which were many) and took the time to make us feel comfortable. JT was also kind and listened well. We’re off to a good start!
