It can be fustrating when a water damage happens. SERVPRO of East Greenville wants to be there to help!

When water or freeze damage creeps into your life, don't worry. Our team of professionals are here to help. We partner with all insurance agencies to ensure we do whatever we can to help you. In the event of a water leak, such as a full HVAC pan spill or water heater pipe bursting, give us a call. If you have standing water, our team will respond immediately to extract water to limit damage. If you contact us after the leak is fixed and the water is gone, here are the steps we take to ensure we do our diligence for your pocket’s sake:

  • Schedule a scope: One of our team members will come onsite to the loss location and determine the extent of the damage and what it will take to mitigate the area.
  • Receive an Estimate: An estimate outlining the scope of work we can perform based on the specifics of your home will be provided. This helps break down the work that will be completed step by step!
  • Begin Demo: Once you give our team the go ahead, we will schedule a date for our teams to come onsite and begin any necessary demo.
  • DRY, DRY, DRY! Once the demo is complete, we place drying equipment to, you guessed it, dry the area!
  • Monitoring and Remove: Once the equipment is placed, it's time to play the waiting game. One of our team members will return throughout the week to check how dry the affected area is. Once the area is dry, we remove the equipment.

Once we remove the equipment, the job is complete. We will wrap it up by getting you to fill out a satisfaction survey. Your feedback is important to us! After that, we’re done! If you ever need water removed from your home or water damage restored, give our office a call!
