Mold Remediation in Crawlspace

SERVPRO of East Greenville County called out to assist a customer in Easley with mold remediation services needed in his crawlspace. The mold was caused by a leak in the water supply line to the house. As you can see in the before photo, the mold was extensive and required heavy cleaning to remediate the microbial growth. Once our cleaning was complete, we placed drying equipment in the crawl to bring the WMC back to standard. Our technicians applied an antimicrobial paint to seal the wood and prevent the growth of the mold that might have been impacted in the wood.
