Walk-In Cooler in Greenville, SC 2

A long holiday weekend plus a leaking container of raw chicken equaled an enormous mess for a local food service provider at one of their locations inside a manufacturing facility. The mixture of marinade, “natural juices,” cold air, and time resulted in a thick slimy substance that covered the entire floor of their walk-in cooler and left a terrible smell. All of the food in the cooler had to be thrown away, and the shelving had to be removed and thoroughly cleaned outside of the cooler. But what about the floor or the cooler, it would take weeks and thousands of dollars to remove the flooring to get it cleaned. That is where SERVPRO of East Greenville County came in; we were able to clean ALL of the hazardous material off of the floor and eradicated the smell. It only took 2 days to accomplish this task, saving the business thousands and drastically reducing shut down time. Although this was not a flood or fire, we were able to make it “Like it never even happened.”
