Storm Damage to home in Simpsonville, SC

Heavy rains brought trouble from above and below to a home in Simpsonville, SC. Several days of steady rain combined with unknown damage to a roof caused water to leak into the attic and puddle up near the corner of a bedroom. The ceiling in the bedroom began to leak, and luckily items were moved out of the room because part of the ceiling collapsed! The ground was also oversaturated leaving the water to pour into the basement of the home. SERVPRO of East Greenville was able to remove the damaged portion of the ceiling and dry the affected areas in the attic and basement.
